Once our professionals have begun delivering services, fees are non-reimbursable. Clients may request a scheduling adjustment no later than 24 hours before any arranged session; such adjustments are subject to availability and may not incur additional fees.

3.2 Info Products

Our digital resources—such as e-guides, templates, and training modules—are accessible immediately upon fee settlement. Due to the nature of digital delivery, reimbursements are not available once a resource is downloaded or accessed. Should you encounter technical defects or file corruption, contact BizLegalDesk within seven days of access for a replacement or partial fee reimbursement.

3.3 Goods

BizLegalDesk may offer tangible materials, including printed guides and legal forms. Clients may ship back unopened items within 14 days of receipt for a full fee reimbursement. All items must be in original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for sending items back are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

To request any fee reimbursement under these Terms, submit a detailed request via our contact form. Include your name, contact information, service or product details, and reason for the request. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 30 days following approval and sent via the original payment channel.

5. Non-Reimbursable Circumstances

Fees collected for any service after work has commenced are final. No fee reimbursements will be granted for work already delivered or sessions attended. For digital resources, any access or download confirms acceptance of the product and eligibility for the reimbursements outlined above expires.

6. Modifications to Terms

BizLegalDesk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with notice posted on our domain. Continued use of our services or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
